About
I am a theater producer and director living in the greater New York City are for the past 12 years. I also have a strong background in theater and music performance as an actor and singer.
Currently, I am a producer for East of Doheny, a production company developing and producing new musicals. From February 2008 to October 2009, I was Producing Artistic Director for Playhouse on the Green, a not-for-profit theater company in Bridgeport, CT.
Previously I was Executive Director/President of The Gallery Players (a theater in Park Slope, Brooklyn), and Membership Director for National Alliance for Musical Theatre, a service organization for producers of musicals from around the world.
Producing theater is my passion! I also love music, food, travel, laughter, and pretty things

Other positions I’ve held in New York include Marketing Director for The Pearl Theatre Company (a classical Off-Broadway company) and Publicist/Programs Coordinator for The Juilliard School.
Prior to moving to New York in 1998, I attended The University of Michigan, where I studied Musical Theatre Performance, improvisational music, voice, piano, carillon, and gay & lesbian literature.

Here we are in our mature years
My High School years were spent at Interlochen Arts Academy, which I consider to be my formative years as an artist. I studied theater, voice, visual arts, and piano, in addition to academic courses.
I was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, and raised in Houghton Lake, Michigan.
